Turnkey Renovations

The building work involved the expansion of an existing building that was already habitable and regularly renovated and the construction of a naturalized swimming pool on the property, with attention to the exterior landscaping, both that surrounding the buildings and that of the pool.

(Contrada Penna) The work involved the renovation works with seismic improvement and energy efficiency of a condominium and simultaneous change of use of two housing units. The work involved reinforcement of the floors, roofing and parts of the exterior masonry.

(Via Zante) The intervention involved renovation work with seismic improvement and energy efficiency. The intervention involved installation of an insulation system on vertical walls and horizontal surfaces, replacement of the entirety of window frames and winter air conditioning systems, installation of photovoltaic systems on the roof.

(Via Cagliata) The intervention involved the entire building as an exterior renovation through seismic improvement involving the facades with beam-column node banding. Internally, the building underwent a comprehensive renovation, from the interior partitions, to the installations, to the laying of flooring and coatings.

(Via Mezzina) The intervention consists of the restoration of an extra-urban building of historical architectural value, which aims at the preservation and enhancement of the historical typology to which the building subject to intervention belongs.

The intervention involved a terraced condominium with work aimed at seismic improvement through the installation of node confinement systems and installation of anti-tip netting and work aimed at energy efficiency through the installation of an overcoat system, replacement of high-efficiency window frames and replacement of air conditioning systems, and installation of solar shading.

The project involved the rehabilitation of a portion of an old masonry building having a typical rural typology, to be used for housing and agritourism without catering. The project valued the maximum use of bioecological criteria, from lime plasters, to chemical solvent-free paint, to treated wood flooring.

The intervention involved renovation work with seismic improvement and energy efficiency of the apartment building. A lifting platform was inserted into the stairwell connecting the entire steel and glass building.
