Carrying out work on civil and productive buildings tailored to every need, the service provided will take care of all activities from the inspection, management of the companies on the site to the delivery of the work according to the criteria chosen by the Client.

Design and construction management

The main activities consist of surveying and graphic restitution of the property with attention to the executive detail of the project, coordination of the workers on the site, and troubleshooting of problems related to the execution of the work to completion.



Construction Site Safety

As a safety coordinator during the design and execution phase, you ensure the management of the companies on the site by avoiding interference, taking the set of measures to make the place where you are working safe.



Technical Consulting and Appraisals

Activities carried out as Office Technical Expert (CTU) or Party Technical Expert (CTP) in answering specific technical questions of the judicial sphere by drafting suitable explanatory reports (Expert Reports). Drafting of appraisals of land, building lots, residential and industrial properties.



Topographical and Satellite Surveys

Plane elevation surveys through GPS instrumentation, verification of boundaries with affixing of terms and map updates, drafting of map types and fractionations.



Energy Certifications

Drafting of energy performance certificate (APE) and drafting of energy requirements report in accordance with Law 09 January 1991, No. 10.



Land Registry Practices

Drafting and submission of cadastral practices such as new stacking, cadastral variation, fractionation and amalgamation, for new constructions, variations, internal modifications and changes of use.


