The intervention involved the entire building as an external renovation through a seismic improvement that affected the facades with beam-column node banding.

The work on the architectural building will affect the external envelope on all fronts, replacing the existing window frames with new ones with a very low profile. Internally, the building has undergone a comprehensive renovation, from internal partitions, installations, to the laying of flooring and wall coverings.

In order to embellish the façade and bring out the particular curved shape of the openings, it was decided to frame all the openings with a frame in marble material in a shade in harmony with that chosen for the façade painting. External landscaping of the entire area surrounding the property was also carried out.
