Contrada Penna

The intervention concerned the renovation works with seismic improvement and energy efficiency of a condominium and the simultaneous change of use of two building units. The works involved the reinforcement of the floors, roofing and parts of the external walls. The intervention was carried out on the entire building, maintaining as much as possible its original features, both structurally and architecturally. In particular, these interventions are aimed at achieving a twofold objective: on the one hand, they are aimed at overcoming pre-existing vulnerabilities by guaranteeing a seismic improvement, and on the other hand, they are aimed at satisfying energy efficiency.
