The intervention concerned the renovation works with seismic improvement and energy efficiency of the apartment building. The intervention involved the installation of an insulation system on the vertical walls and horizontal surfaces, replacement of all the window and door frames, replacement of the winter air conditioning systems, and the installation of photovoltaic systems on the roof. An architectural barrier abatement system was planned through two external steel and glass elevator platforms. The seismic improvement intervention involved the installation of steel plates on the unconfined nodes and the installation of anti-liftoff netting on the infill.
