Contrada Ciafone

The project involved the renovation of a portion of an old masonry building of a typical rural type, to be used for housing and agritourism without catering. The intervention was carried out on the footprint of the existing building system. A conservative building intervention was carried out respecting the architectural lines of the original building. The project evaluated the maximum use of bio-ecological criteria, from lime plasters, to paintwork free of chemical solvents, to treated wood flooring.
